How do I view and accept my cash advance offer?

You can view and accept the personalized cash advance offer for your business via email, or the dashboard widget.

Email

1. Access your offer email and click View Offer
2. Toggle the slider to select the capital amount that best fits your business
3. Verify your details and your bank account 
4. Click the check box to acknowledge the Terms of Service
5. Click Accept to accept the cash advance

Dashboard widget

If you're using the New Mindbody Experience:

1. Select Marketing under the left side main menu
2. Click Add-On Services
3. Select Explore Capital 
4. Click View Your Offer

If you're using classic Mindbody:

1. Select Home tab under the left side main menu
2. Click Dashboard
3. Select Mindbody Capital on the left
4. Click View Your Offer

Managing multiple locations

Each location in your site could potentially have an offer. After clicking View Your Offer, a drop down will appear at the top of the next page that allows you to toggle between locations.
